Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and easily accessible to nearby tourist sites. the staff was friendly, and before discovering some inconsistent information they provided at first, they tried their best to help.
The room was unpleasantly dirty upon arrival and the food was terrible - hardly edible, to be honest!

The hotel had a good price and there was a decent view from our room windows. The location had some restaurants and shops nearby, which was helpful. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.
Our room was extremely dirty and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Even though the hotel was in a key location, it was quite noisy at night and it was hard to get a good night's sleep.
